Broly has kind of a weird character arc insofar as it's possible for him to have a character arc (not very)
He goes from being really subdued and basically mute to actually being relatively chatty and immensely cruel to.... basically an unthinking brute not able to tell people apart anymore, to a clone of the original who's a melty bog monster
Every time he showed up he became less and less of a character, and considering where he started that's saying something

Kale is an infinitely better version of Broly that they really shouldn't even bother with Broly anymore, really.
Just replace all past versions of Broly with Kale and Caulifla adventures.

I just hope they still include them. Haven't seen their fight in the anime, but I hope it doesn't crib so much from Broly that they can still make a moveset for her. Because I really just want more girls in the game, and a Broly-style character inna team with a fusion involved is more interesting to me.

I think I'm going to have to take a break on this game. I'm to the point where I'm getting ranked with folks who just destroy me with a bunch of combos and what feels like (though I'm sure most aren't) cheap moves. It kinda stresses me out and gets me way to worked out. Thankfully, Burnout just got released, so that should tide me over.
I like that Bardock's SS1 Super has visual similarities to Goku's SS3 super. What with the form change followed by vanishing strikes and then a huge energy blast.
He has many special moves with armor, which will ignore the opponent's attacks until the special activates. Additionally, Broly has many throws and close in-moves he can make use of, leaving no openings for the opponent to react or guard. He also can activate a barrier that nullifies any projectiles besides Level 1 supers. All in all, he's a character that won't forgive any kind of rushdown or even breathing while guarding.
