Running my own RPG questions?
Hi all! This will be my first PAX, and I'm wondering about some policies in the tabletop room. I am bringing a beta of my RPG that will be available to play. (I did not plan far enough ahead to get the game into the first look area for this convention.) I was wondering if there are policies in place for some of these things - I was not able to find a list of relevant policies online, but if I've missed them, a link would be appreciated.
- Is there a place to put announcements/materials for the games being run? For example, a board where "Play this game Friday at 2:00" flyer could be posted?
- Are marketing activities permitted in the free play area? Stuff like having a mailing list sign up, display signs, etc.
- Any other things I should know about tabletop at PAX in this context?
