We would like to make it known that we are open to selling action cards, if anybody is interested. Let us know what sort of things you're looking for, and we shall see if we can accommodate your request.
I'm just looking at the scoreboard. The both of you are in the best position to win at the moment. That may change is some tech objectives get revealed in Act 2, but this game will very likely come down to the two of you, so it may be in the cats' best interest to slow you down.
It is in my best interest to slow everyone down, since im very far from every revealed objective. I'm not even sure if 5 vp this game is a realistic goal. So it's better to trade to a non-competitor that will slow down a rival. I think there would be a good discount for that, since it satisfies a broad strategic goal for Hacan.
Also, the cats trading a card that would assist you in removing, say 4 baby groots from a particular industrial planet, would be counter productive to them establishing a lead.
Priced are negotiable as per market rates. Market rates currently price a Point at 5TG, as an example. We are open to offers to best other potential buyers, of course.
I think we're on @38thDoe for a Politics Secondary decision, then action is on them for their turn.

I'm not sure if that gets me any closer to figuring out what a sabo would be worth
You know, I was just looking this up because I thought my move last turn was going to trigger this, and this is what I found:
34.3 If at any time the number of a player’s ships in a system
exceeds the number of tokens in his fleet pool, he chooses and
destroys excess ships in that system.
49.4 STEP 1—MOVE SHIPS: A player can move any number of his
eligible ships into the active system, obeying the following rules:
• The ship must end its movement in the active system.
• The ship cannot move through a system that contains nonfighter
ships controlled by another player.
• The ship cannot move if it started its movement in another
system that contains one of its faction’s command tokens.
• The ship can move through systems that contain its own
faction’s command tokens.
• The ship can move out of the active system and back into it
if its move value is high enough.
• The ship must move along a path of adjacent systems, and
the number of systems the ship enters cannot exceed its
move value.
49.5 When a ship with a capacity value moves or is moved, it may
transport ground forces and fighters.
49.6 The active player’s ships move simultaneously

So, is that a no, you can't move through your own fleet?
I always thought it was at the end, rather than anytime. For instance, if you had fleet capacity of 2 you could still invade a system with three, just knowing if you win combat with more than 2 ship you have to destroy extras.
I don’t think “any time” applies to the middle of a move step
This thread seems to indicate there's an official response from the designers that says "you can exceed fleet supply en route" but boy I wish they'd clarify that in the living rules reference.
More likely nabbing the empty Sol planets, but I guess you never know!
I don't think he can reach the empty Sol planets. The only move i see that would prompt that question is if he moved his three ships from his home system, through another one of his ships, and into the double planet system next to your home world.

He has dreadnought IIs with gravity drive. They have a move of 2 and carry capacity of 1, so one of the ones from his HS could reach carrying a ground force, if he went through the system containing his other dreadnought.

Just in case you still needed a ruling on it, the answer is that yes, fleet supply limits can be 'temporarily exceeded' as part of movement. So you can, for example, move ships through a friendly system that is already at the fleet pool cap, to arrive at a different destination system. Movement all happens at once, so there's no discrete step where pool limits are checked until the movement is done.

You could also activate either of your other systems and build on them, if you wanted. Or Action Cards.

@38thDoe I also wound mind if you felt like picking up the bio weapon green tech. Bugs are notoriously hard to get rid of.

@mindflare77 I'd be up for buying AC later if you had anything that helped with overgrown yards, but I'm broke at the moment

Its not technically specified. RAW imply that no, you can't, but its not clear if movement checks FS during each move.

There’s nothing in there that says that... so yes, you can... even if the system you’re moving through is already activated

The end of movement before combat I believe, but MrB can clarify
Is this errata'd / stated in the rules? It was my understanding, but now I can't find it.

I see a very good reason for using up your cease fire, but I won’t spoil the surprise for you! xD
