Some reactions/controls not showing up

As you can see on the reactions it shows the avatar but not which reaction each one is.

Also the gear in the upper right for editing posts and such is missing. I can click in the invisible space and access it still.

    I too am seeing this on Chrome on my tablet (in Desktop mode for the site).

    As far as I can tell, it is affecting only the reaction icons and nothing else.
