I have a stressful weekend coming up. There will be a lot of fun, but also a lot of stress. :-P I have two concerts to plan for (and the concerts will be fun, but I'm responsible for setup/teardown), a trip to Napa to see Weird Al (woo! But I also have to plan that.), and it's my weekend to clean the house. My cat recently peed on some of my roommate's stuff, so I'm working like crazy to try to fix that situation, too.

    Ugh.

I can handle stress, but it's still makes me anxious to do all that cleaning and organizing. It's not my happy place.

    yup

i like tacos a lot- maybe the smaller portions, them being visible? but bites feel more meaningful

    fajitas are good

    i don't think i've ever had a chimichanga

    There are differences.

Mostly Colorado green chili is more like green chili gravy as it is thick.

The problem with burritos is that the tortillas have too many calories.

My favorite grandmother is here and she's already said like 8 racist things

This is very confusing as for like all of my life she was the hip, not-racist grandmother but for some reason like two years ago she just did this crazy left turn and now she's starting conversations about how "it was so nice and weird in Boston, we were in this area and it was mostly black folks and middle easterns and we thought we'd need to go back to our Airbnb early but, even in the evening it was very nice, all the houses were very well kept and everyone was so welcoming! You wouldn't get that at home!" While I sit slack jawed

haha i read this and i was like, this is literally the most mild old person racism ever, i wish all old people in the world were exactly that racist

Well yes but it's still not good

    Time is a flat circle.

The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.
