Not that I am aware of but with the closing down of his podcast, and Giantbomb reposting his Question vids or whatever I just get that impression.

I think she works well as an amplifier. She sets other people off and brings out weirdly hilarious stuff from otherwise dry/jaded folks, especially Jeff. I don't get the feet thing.

I like Danika and most of the Waypoint folks a lot - I agree she's a little too odd on her own but she brings a good attitude and helps other people be more fun. Though I also don't get the feet thing.

I think it really helps that he was a fan so...it gives him a certain insight that the rest doesn't have. I admit I liked Ben saying Give Me Your Money as the Black Knight. We don't get enough Black Knight mentions these days.

Hm. Yeah maybe, I never thought about it like that honestly. That would suck, but also he fits in great with GBEast as long as CBSi employs him in some capacity I'm happy.

It was pretty fun watching them play the Gamecube Wario Ware today. I definitely had a lot of fun with that one with friends when it first came out.

Abby was skillfully hamming it up for the camera at just the right times too.

It's a little hard to explain, but from what I understand.

First there was one of those awful procedural generated shirts you an get from online stores that said "Yes I'm a gamer girl, and I have feet" which Waypoint apparently loved to make fun of in their discord. Then during an all-day stream, this happened (3:58)

The original feet joke was good, but every single Austin/Danika/Waypoint post has at least one fuckin' reference to the feet joke that is often just the feet joke with a single word replaced.

Something about Danika's persona makes me feel like if I were to engage with her in genuine good faith, she'd just laugh at me as if I didn't get the joke and it had been a bit all along.

I am currently using plex through my ps4, and I have a HTPC hooked up to my TV(ubuntu on aging hardware). I usually play all my media through plex on the ps4. The giant bomb channel for plex is basically hit or miss for playing any video, less live/infinite.

Both either can't play live streams, or play them super poorly, I have a chromecast sitting around, does the giant bomb video buddy work with live shows like UPF and infinite?

Also, a side question, does plex on chromecast support 5.1 audio for using plex with it?

Infinite right now is easy, you just follow the channel and then just play the twitch stream on the tv.

Live shows, unsure. I’ve never tried because I’m always at work.

Video buddy does not do livestreams.

The way I watch livestreams on my TV is to cast to it in Chrome, since my TV has Android TV OS.

All premium vids and what not work no problem BUT I've no idea if it supports livestreams as I'm never at home during those.

I can't imagine there will ever be a PS4 player as people can't just write apps for the PS4 like you can with Windows 10/Xbox One
