Since it is the weekend, I'll leave at least 36 hours for discussion, deals, transactions, and Action Card declarations, unless all players collectively call for voting to start before then.

It does not affect Sol’s airdrop ability (I can’t recall the name of it).
Play Diplomacy Rider, predict Against.
After an agenda is revealed: You cannot vote on this agenda. Predict aloud an outcome of this agenda. If your prediction is correct, choose 1 system that contains a planet you control. Each other player places a command token from their reinforcements in that system.

I'm against it.

I guess we’re voting for then?
I’m not really concerned by Sol’s airdrop ability. And frankly Sol is depending on fighters for their fleets anyway, so it balances out...

For whatever it's worth, at this point I'm also leaning "For". I was just playing it for the potential of saving a system from the Red Wave that is cruising clockwise through the galaxy, but I'm okay with "For" passing, considering the other Riders played.
The leadership rider in particular, in combination with the most recently revealed objective, should raise alarm bells basically every single empire here. It would basically hand the front runner 2 VP.
In the meantime, I think we're ready to start voting. Here's what we've got.
Galvanize the People (2 VP): Spend a total of 6 tokens from your Tactic and/or Strategy pools.
3 Stage II Objectives remain in the deck.
Voting Order The Emirates of Hacan (mindflare77): Diplomacy Rider - Against The Arborec (Zombie Hero): Up to 16 votes Federation of Sol (Lykouragh): Warfare Rider - Against Universities of Jol-Nar (38thDoe): Leadership Rider - Against Sardakk N'orr (El Skid): Up to 9 votes The Ghosts of Creuss (Brody): Up to 3 votes; Speaker
The agenda is voted FOR: Fighters and Infantry both now cost 1 resource for 1 unit.
The next card is drawn from the top of the Agenda deck: New Constitution (Directive)
(When this agenda is revealed, if there are no laws in play, discard this card and reveal another agenda from the top of the deck.) For: Discard all laws from play. At the start of the next strategy phase, each player exhausts each planet in his home system. Against: No effect.
Voting Order The Emirates of Hacan (mindflare77): Up to 9 votes The Arborec (Zombie Hero): Up to 12 votes Federation of Sol (Lykouragh): Up to 14 votes Universities of Jol-Nar (38thDoe): Up to 15 votes Sardakk N'orr (El Skid): Up to 9 votes The Ghosts of Creuss (Brody): Up to 3 votes; Speaker

Does that trigger a combat immediately or when?
Also, going "against" essentially gives a free 2vp to Jol-Nar. I'd rather that not happen. May as well delay the inevitable.
