I actually thought that Unfriended was a neat, cheap, little horror movie. Nothing to really write home about but it was good for a Netflix watch.
yeah I watched it one night on Amazon cause it was part of Cinemax on Prime I think and remembered thinking it was not terrible. It was a neat premise to do the entire movie through skype
Yeah, I was intrigued enough to read up on the production of it a bit. They basically rented a single house and created separate locations for each of the stars. The whole thing was filmed in a single shot too - which I always find interesting.
Don't get me wrong, it's a cheesy movie but one that I think is worth watching.

Office Uprising, I like you Chuck Bartowski and Dopinder, but that looks like an even lower budget office crazy movie than what was done last year that had Glenn from the Walking Dead in it (which actually reminds me I need to watch that movie).
Ozark should not have gotten a season 2 (even though season 1 was fantastic)
How do you mean? The story started where it should have ended and just got more impossible or?
Season 1 ended in such a way that resolved the major character arcs. It felt complete in a way that few shows are. There are plots they can continue but these do not feel like important aspects for the characters. Maybe season 2 will be good, i don't know. But i am guessing they're going to have to back up a lot of character growth to make the show interesting.

Serious spoilers
Season 1's main theme was how the criminal life was bringing together and tearing apart the family. The end of the season resolves most, but not all, of the main "threat" that exists but most importantly sees the family resolve to stick together no matter what happens.
Bateman sends his wife and kids away to hide in the second to last episode, because he thinks he is going to be murdered by the cartel. Bateman scrapes out of it and the kids come back, not knowing he was safe. This ends basically everyones arc, since everyones arc was how they fit into the family of crime.
A trap is for fish: when you've got the fish, you can forget the trap. A snare is for rabbits: when you've got the rabbit, you can forget the snare. Words are for meaning: when you've got the meaning, you can forget the words.
I have no idea why it's titled that way in the trailer, considering every other bit online I've seen about it has just called it The Miseducation of Cameron Post

I think it's a new title for some international markets. I'm pretty sure it still has the original title otherwise.

Theresa Palmer finally gets an intriguing role, and while it is a love story it looks like shell be given more depth than her usual roles as The Girlfriend. The last role that was anything like that was in You Are Number Four.

sure, why not. Ghost Rider meets Stranger Things meets New Retro Wave, ok. And I like Andrea Risebourough. It walked the line between interesting and up its own ass.
Sidenote: how much do you think Cage costs to be in a movie these days? 500k? a milly? Because of his money troubles he will do anything for money but at some point he's wearing/worn out his own name brand with some of these. For every Army of One he does ten Mom & Dads. I mean there was this video by Ralpthemoviemaker where he watched a few of Cage's Netflix movies and one of them, USS Indianapolis, reportedly had a budget of 40 milly which just looking at the poster and the material in the video seems like it was one of those Uwe Boll flop loophole movies:

I was under the impression Cage cleared up his legal matters with the IRS years ago. IIRC Johnny Depp bailed him out since Cage is the one that discovered him.
I think he just likes being in movies.

Why does the lead dude look like a generic video game protagonist in that pic?
He looks like a video game protagonist in a game made of discount unity assets.
He works better as Superman on the Supergirl tv show and not! Angel but a werewolf on MTV’s Teen Wolf.
