So how do I know what quests are taverns quests? I have one that unlocks a hero, is that one? Also, I got a free arena run I think with the tavern, does that exprire too?
Taverns quests are daily quests that reward both X gold and X dust. They should have an arcane dust bottle on them in addition to the normal gold bag. Hero unlocks are not taverns quests.
In past events, arena runs in progress have been retired (giving you the rewards for your current win count) but also given you a ticket refund. Assuming that holds, you'll want to start an arena run (if you haven't already) and then play until you have 2 losses.
Ended 12-1 with last week's Brawl. Kinda sad I couldn't get more games in, I was having a blast with it. I think the chess game is one of Ford's Team 5's better ideas, and I was happy to see it in a brawl.
Ran into a lot of Priests trying to do fancy bullshit, occasionally a Warrior. But in the end I just kept equipping Arcanite Reaper and throwing Grom or Leeroy out there and we'd just go face. I think a lot of my opponents were just trying to control the board, but with 20 health and 20+ armor in most games, I just didn't give a fuck.
if spectral pillager was literally just Bigger SI:7 Agent i think i'd be okay with that
like literally 6 mana 5/5 combo deal 3 damage or whatever
but instead it's,
this..... thing..................
Even that's just Shitty Fire Elemental.
it'd still be infinitely more playable than it is now
Yeah, it might end up there with Millhouse Manastorm!
At 5 mana it probably becomes playable. But until Un'goro rotates, it's essentially competing with Vilespine (worse body for much stronger effect).
it can go face tho
and vilespine fills a different role (assassinate on a stick) whereas this one would be spot removal on a stick. dealing 3 damage and developing a 5/5 isn't bad at all.

Yes, that hypothetical card isn't bad. I said it probably becomes playable, in fact!

Miracle Rogue is a thing again?
2008, 2012, 2014 D&D "Rare With No Sauce" League Fantasy Football Champion!
I mostly just fought a slew of Even Warlocks tonight with my Tier 3 at best Shaman deck, which didn't go well for me. Tier 1 or GTFO I guess, no matter your rank.

i got smashed by odd rogue at standard rank 22.
i deserved it, because i hardly play the game any more, and was terrorizing new players with miracle rogue, but still...
Zoo is evolving. VS reports keep reporting that Zoo is good, and HS Replay has it better than Even Warlock, just short of T1. I got absolutely wrecked by a version of it earlier today, which led me to go build that version, which led to me wrecking a few Paladins and Rogues.

The God Draw for this deck is insane. Something like T1 Flame Imp, T2 Keleseth, T3 Voodoo Doctor, Life Tap, Happy Ghoul, Happy Ghoul is crazy.
Yeah I was perusing HSReplay and saw that deck yesterday. Saw it's winrate, how many played games it had (a LOT) and thought "well, this isn't some random freak accident, i suppose".
That's kinda crazy! No Doomguards, no Bloodreaver. Madness. But it works???
Edit: Man hold on, wouldn't Glinda be kinda insane in this deck? Glinda+Voodoo Doctor+Happy Ghoul = fill board with 0 mana 3/3s.

No Gul'dan isn't a huge shock to me. That card hasn't won me a single Zoolock game yet. Either I've won before I got to play him, or been too far behind by the time I've been able to play him that I just lost in the next turn or two anyway. He's actually my current biggest regret-craft.

I don't think so. By the time she would come down, the Happy Ghouls have long since been played. The pretty much typically get summoned the turn that they're drawn. The card that I'm considering adding is Azalina Soulthief. For all the gas that the deck can draw, it can still start stumbling around turn seven or eight against a well played/lucky control deck. Soulthief potentially provides that gas - and knowledge of what to play around.
Civics is not a consumer product that you can ignore because you don’t like the options presented.
things that feel good:
all the interactions between deathrattles is really fun.
any turn 2/3/4 that involves eggs, terrorscale stalkers, and play dead are really strong
it's hunter, so you get to play DK rexxar the most fun broken card in the game
things that feel bad:
kathrena is maybe the least effective card in the list. there's just not enough beasts to pull
the highmanes don't feel amazing either, but they're the only beasts to pull
your removal options are incredibly slim
Why is voidripper turning up in every deck suddenly?
It's been an "under the radar" Good Card for a while, that people are slowly starting to appreciate the power of. It's very strong in aggro decks against Even Warlock and Big Spell Mage and Taunt Druid.

And at the very worst you will get two more losses and have lost nothing since they don't count against you.

They're beings made of stone powered by magic. That's pretty metal elemental.
