Badges Returned to Sender?!
And yes, I checked my address. It was right. The tracking number had it get to my local sorting facility. Sit for two days. And then bounce back to sender without even making it onto a truck.
I've emailed the questions email and tweeted at them as well. We're inside a month so now I'm concerned I'm not going to get the go nor will my friends and I'm out 4 sets of badges money. For something literally not my fault.
Do they have like a phone number, live chat, or some other contact venue that isn't entirely reliant on waiting for someone to check emails?
