Question about gmod, for you gmodding gmodders :

Crossposting cause this is really bothering me

so
my friend just gifted me Gmod
installation went smoothly
game starts up fine
but when i try to join a game
AFTER loading everything, it crashes to desktop with the above error message.
I tried reinstalling half life and gmod, no results

    I love Gmod, I just have no idea what that means.

    Check the official Gmod forums. Try a search first over there.

    Hah, gmod forums are about as useful as G+T/H+A right now

    I love how theres one poster who decides to be helpful, and tells another guy to BE USEFUL, after he suggested reinstalling gmod.
    that was the whole post.
    be more useful.
