After looking at the changes in more detail, I'm actually kinda excited about the system changes. Combos off of DPs resulting in all red life is a really smart way to balance out the power of DP+Assist, which has certainly been an annoyance in my local meta (enough so that I actually started playing a Mitsuru/Wald team, with the intent to abuse that tactic just to learn what its weaknesses are). Also, it seems like they gave a minimum damage to all specials and assists? That could potentially be a big buff to some characters, might result in longer combos doing a fair bit more damage.
