This isn't the ending right? Please tell me there will be more! I can wait! Just please... let this not be the end already, I just started reading this comic 4 days ago, and it's freaking wonderful... I hope this is not over, and can make it to a full show... Thanks for everything!
At the moment this is it. Before they said they were taking a break, like between television season length break. It’s been 8 months so unless they were talking between seasons like the length of time between Westworld season 1 and 2 then it feels like it ended.
I think they said prestige cable television break not a network sitcom break.
I wouldn’t get hung up on it. It’s probably not something they can set in stone with work and life to balance.
If new comics appear: yay!
If not: we got a complete story! Yay!
Maybe they have other comics or side projects they’d like to make instead. Who knows?
Katie and Adam
I just created an account to say THANK YOU
I discovered this comic in 2014 and never imagined that I would love a webcomic so much, so I returned every Monday, Thursday, Tuesday and Friday.
Even before to start my work I read the latest page so I can start inspired, or at least happy.
I imagine that with Katie's new job in Animaniacs this may be the last page. That's ok, the story reached a full circle and we saw great arc stories and backstories. Don't be sad that it's over, be happy it happened
The animation is amazing and very fresh, is a shame it wasn't selected.
I just want to finish saying thank you for all your time invested in this webcomic.
PD: Sorry if i messed up some words, english isn't my native language.
Deep in the darkest shadows where the feet of man do not tread, a solitary set of eyelids open just enough to take in the surroundings. Information is processed and calculations are made. Through unseen lips one lone word is muttered - "Lurk." The eyelids close and everything falls still...
i really hope, its not over, yet, if it is, them it is a nice ending, but i really want to see the kids get out of the camp and have a happy life, especially seventeen, i really like that little girl, and she deserves it.
I would have been interested to learn a bit more about the metaphysics that was behind it all. Would that destroy some "magic"? Perhaps, but to use an analogy. I still see beauty and magic in a rainbow, even if I now know how it works (well sort of :P )
/returns to lurking...
/wonders if they bookmarked this page to see if their resident lurkers remain lurking.

Has any other page of this comic gotten past 300 comments? Doubt it.
You are correct. I was bored so I wrote a quick script to check, and the previous record-holder was comic 263, with 108 comments. If anyone is curious, the "Top 10" are:

According to a quick ctr+f and lurk, lurk has been said 105 times in the comments of this comic. I do not know if I see what you did but I was also curious.
*steps back into shadows to lurk until his time comes again*
in honor of election day (in the USofA, for the international viewership):
Today in national news, a Florida Man was arrested for a weak attempt at being funny; "All I said was, 'Look at all that gore under that bush, I wonder if Chad was lurking there?'"

If we did not want more we would not have been here at all. You touched a tympanum whose echoes will never really die.
That said, I understand. Thanks so much, and I'll see you later.

Wow! That's incredible.
Not surprised that Fred's storyline ended up with the most comments. He's so sweet.
See what I did there?

a new page will be born (someday)
