I keep doing blind well because I’ve only gotten two vouchsafes ever, and both rolls sucked. The gun itself feels fantastic, and I feel something like full auto + explosive rounds could be really good.
It’s one of the main reasons I keep doing gambit too. Eventually the game will drop a kill clip+outlaw bygones for me.

Meh this is a matter of opinions. There are plenty of times where you powerful rewards don't get done because I don't have anyone online at 3am to do them with, and really can't rely on randoms to do a Nightfall or what have you
So yes, to you PvP is painful. To me, it's painful that almost all Powerful rewards are for things other than PvP. I understand why it's annoying to you, but those examples of PvP being required are few and far between while the opposite is commonplace.
So, is Vouchsafe only a Powerful DC reward or can it come from any loot source? Because I think Retold Tale is the same and I've never seen one drop.
Sev: Your gameplay is the most heavily yomi based around. Usually you look for characters that allow you to force guessing situations for big dmg. Even if the guess is mathematically nowhere near in your favor lol. You're happiest when you have either a 50/50, 33/33/33 or even a 75/25 situation to go crazy with. And you will take big risks to force those situations to come up.
