Environment: Steel cage match. Grodd is not allowed to use his psychic powers in this fight.

Environment: The Batcave. Both competitors have full access to all equipment in The Batcave.

Is Grundy strong enough to bust Red's crazy soviet super metal(that is lamer than adamantium)?
And is Grundy even ALIVE in the first place? I keep thinking he's a zombie.
Taskmaster will end up taking Deathstroke by surprise by pulling a move that Deathstroke thinks only he can do. And Taskmaster can catch a fucking bullet, so that's pretty rad.
Blob ends up choking on a rubber-band ball.

Now he's a future-magic zombie.
Deathstoke will take taskmaster simply because he knows the kooky shit in the Batcave; you can't imitate the Batmobile ramming you in the face.
And Deathstroke would get knocked unconscious trying to take the Batmobile. It's got a near-lethal security system, ya know.
except Doom said that both competitors had full access, so the security system's not a factor.
Grundy's now the result of the Cauldron of Un-life falling into Slaughter Swamp.

And I guess full access would mean a powered down security system. Still, the Batmobile bit is stupid. Taskmaster can easily dodge a car, and sitting in a driver's seat just makes it harder for Deathstroke to dodge something through the windshield.

Not that I don't love Deathstroke.
I'm kinda torn on this match.
And the guy who wrote Moon Knight didn't even know Taskmaster had changed his outfit or was wielding a magical A.I.M gauntlet. I wouldn't even count that appearance.
Plus, this version of Taskmaster doesn't wear hideous pirate boots like Slade, giving him an automatic +10 cool points.

Taskmaster isn't retarded
He's not going to let Deathstroke know that he can mimic moves.
Plus he has the advantage of fighting like just about anyone in the Marvel U. So Deathstroke isn't going to get a good read. The energy projector is going to give him the edge he needs to beat Deathstroke. (A great balanced fight though)
Red tries to drain Grundy, fails, gets his ass handed to him.
Tombstone edges out Grodd due to Grodd not using his pyschic rape powers.
Bullseye beats blob because his eyes and face are vulnerable. And they're in a freaking office supply store.
Based on his own series and Agent X, he is not a wuss. He is a super-badass.

The last time I saw Grundy, Green Arrow kicked his ass. Killed him dead even.
Man, Green Arrow is the best.

Even with the weeaboo art, it's really efficient and cool looking.
I'd like to see some different artists take a crack at it.
Elaborate Trap designed specifically to take out Slade.
Flash, Zatana, Hawkman, Green Arrow and Black Canary where just winging it. You can't expect to win against Slade unless you got a damn good plan to take him out.
And yes Green Arrow is badass. That does help.
I mean they both have similar fighting styles, except for Deathstroke's immortality and super genius level tactical intellect

You obviously forget the pinhead-sized explosive designed by Ted Kord. Yes, even from beyond the grave Blue beetle can beat up the guy who stabbed the Flash. Fighting gay robots with soft and chewy centers and mohawks though? Not so much.

D) Deathstroke - I REALLY want taskmaster to win but he always get his ass kicked by anyone with a healing factor. It sucks. I really like the taskmaster
