Whenever a new fighting game comes out, I typically spend the first few days (DAYS) trying each character in depth to figure out who I want to main, alt, etc. With 76 characters I'm gonna come out the other side looking like a malnourished white walker. Seriously, I'm fucked.
1. Tressa (would take any Octopath character, but spear/bow/wind magic/hired help sounds fun to me
2. Pig Ganon
3. Sub Zero
4. Skyrim Dragonborn
5. Monster Hunter Felyne
I would guess Pig Ganon is the only one with a real shot, maybe Skyrim.
But his game is about solving puzzles, not being generic fightguy
You have to incorporate that into his moveset. I mean, if Capcom can nail Phoenix Wright as a fighting character, Nintendo can handle Layton.

So I pre-ordered my copy of ssbu from Amazon which wasn't scheduled to come out til tomorrow and and uh.
Here's the thing though, will playing this on a switch connected to the internet before launch day in North America come back to bite me? This is Nintendo we're talking about who can and would probably auto ban anyone playing smash before launch that isn't a journalist.
