Matt Jackson responded that “the big thing about All Elite is that we want to take care of the boys… The executives are going to have benefits and stuff, and they’re going to get taken care of. We’re in the day one process and we’re working on it, but yeah, that’s definitely a plan.” His response to if talent [in addition to himself, his brother, Cody, and Brandi Rhodes, all also executives] might get health insurance “one day” was “Never say never, really. We’re early on, so we’re creaking open that door barely… hopefully, we can swing it wide open.”
Yeah. The only people definitely getting stuff are...people who already normally get stuff in American corporate structure. We shall have to see if they even try to make good on their promises.
Literally can’t wait to see how AEW milkshake ducks it.
I hope they don't.
I hope they gain a respectable degree of success and provide a solid alternative place for people to work that puts on an enjoyable show every week.
I'll probably be disappointed. But I hope not.
Oh, don’t get me wrong, I hope they don’t either. But I’m also not going to pretend like this carny-ass business won’t find a way to be as carny-ass as possible.
I know it's an old complaint at this time, but the way the WWE treats cameramen with the "Sometimes they're there, sometimes they're not thing." is the most annoying anything thing in the world.
One thing I really loved in the Almas/Mysterio match that's going to be overlooked is how good Zelina Vega is at ringside. Near the end of the match when Rey goes for a 619 she goes to swipe his legs out, but is too slow, and I loved that touch, that she's trying to help even when it doesn't work. It's so good. Especially since right after that she gets up and distracts the ref. Valets do so much work that is easy to overlook.
Why are these huge crowds always outside at the stands during the show? Does WWE ask them if they want to come out for a scene or are that many people buying hot dogs at that time?
EDIT: Also I've just noticed, Samoa Joe and Nikki's themes sound awfully familiar.
I'm still so bummed about all the LU stuff because they had a lot of great talent and it seems like they've really pissed all that away
I've got a whole bunch of LU episodes taking up a huge amount of room on my DVR that I've been meaning to go back and watch, but with this and other things I've heard, I wonder if I shouldn't just delete them.
Great, first Undertaker, and now this. Starting to think there really isn't anyone good in WWE any more. Maybe I should look at following someone more progressive instead, once they get off the ground...

tony schiavone was very good, how dare you
I still hold a grudge for Mick Foley!
Also woof WWE uploaded the Alexa skit and good lord that was embarrasing. Made worse by the awful comments underneath it.

Hasn't it already come out that all their talk of like health care and stuff only applied to the people in the front office?
FAKE EDIT: Yeah. From uproxx

let people have last names, goddamnit
It is so stupid
Why change it? Just the first name is boring. Pay him money and let him be La Sombra is you want a short name for him.

Left is first. The only change is losing some muscle definition. Fucking crazy for a dude who wrestles as much as he has in those ten years.

Directly linking to PETA, who are total frauds who kill animals themselves and have no decency, is something that is gross as hell
I would have been ok with the Cien part going away, just because I enjoy alliteration.
But to get rid of everything?
...why?
If you are going to write some soap opera storylines you have to fucking go all in on it.

In retrospect the obvious difference is the better resolution and the difference is that technology has advanced and Daniels hasn't aged.
