Cardboard Tube Samaurai Limited Edition Print Photo/Digital Version

I am looking to begin a new stained glass project. I would really like to do the limited edition CTS, but I can't find a half decent photo of the print. Most are either really small, or have reflections in the glass/etc wrecking the image. I need a half decent image of it to make the glass patterns.

I am talking about this one:

Could anyone either take a nice clear photo of their copy? Or perhaps someone knows where a digital version is.

    I have this, and I'd be happy to take some pics for you, if SiG's don't work out. The caveat is that i'm moving, and it's currently inaccessible, and it might be a week or so before I can get to it.     I was in photoshop for another project and thought I would try aligning it with the warp tool for you. Best I can do right now.

    Thanks for the help all! After messing around in Photoshop for a bit I ended up with this:

    It's not quite perfect the processing of turning into glass will add a lot more distortion than the few pixels this of off by!

    BTW the link is to Imgur because the forum has a file size limit =)
