Going over the DBFZ patch notes I agree with every change except the meter gain penalty after using meter.
Like I know why they did it but its a very ugly fix.
If anything, it kind of surprised me how DBFZ decided to not contain some of the mechanics GG had when it came to keeping the insane offense just a hair below totally overwhelming, and strongly reduced meter gain after offensive use of meter was one of them. The same goes with having the sparking burst only usable either offensively or when you're in a neutral state, which only just this patch can now be done as a guard cancel.
