Basically the only thing I knew about Dreams is that it is the new thing from the makers of LittleBigPlanet. If that's the sort of thing people can make in Dreams the tools must be more advanced than I'd have expected.

My guess for "momentum filled gunplay" is the kind of system where you get damage bonuses the more enemies you kill, and if you stop killing enemies for a short period of time you lose your bonuses.

From what I'm seeing it looks like Dreams' in-game modelling tools are basically what you might expect from a VR modelling program.
...that is to say there's a reason Zbrush hasn't put out a VR version of their product yet.
I think I remember hearing something about importing and exporting models which would explain how we're seeing such a near 1:1 version of PT in the game.
This is the first thing they've released or publicized since Hybrid in 2012. Their website hadn't been updated in years and the company's Twitter had been dead since 2015 after 1 promo tweet for Scribblenauts Unlimited.

Not much, what's Prometheus with you?
No, it's playable on a regular screen with a PS4 controller.
I think some of the creation tools will require a ps move controller and the camera.
Thats a bummer I was hoping it could help me do that kinda stuff
i think you can do that on a normal screen as well, but yeah you'd have to pick up a move bundle, if those still exist anywhere
this makes a ton of sense actually
man, more games need to do bullet physics.
It's good, but hard. You do have a lot of room to adjust the difficulty outside of missions (turning down enemy damage, etc) to make it more do-able.
Christian Whitehead has designed numerous Sonic fangames and romhacks and was the lead dev on Sonic Mania.
No no no, he's a alien from the planet Speedro, he just looks like a blue hedgehog.
