It's a nice feeling when the bracers from your cache have a socket, since wrist armor is relatively underweighted in stat budget so a socket there is worth a lot.

Between weekly chest, Darkshore, and residuum, I jumped 5 ilvls to 400.

To be fair that's the longest summon animation in that game, but yeah it's a pretty underwhelming actual attack for all the buildup, not to mention it being the super special secret summon. Knights of the Round was so good in FF7 despite having the longest summon cinematic ever because it did many many individual hits during the animation so it way outdamaged everything else doing single 9999 hits when you had maxed out characters.
Got a 410 ring that upped my haste 5 percent out of my cache today, so thanks @Tynnan and @The Cow King for running two M+s last night and dragging my fat ass through Tol Dagor. Very worth.

Whoops comcast sucks, what a shock. The tech didn't bring a ladder so they didn't replace necne' cables.
I am extremely ignorant. But when my cables were on the fritz I was able to hotspot off my phone and keep playing after i'd been disconnected.
And WoW was surprisingly lenient on data usage. Like, play for a few hours and barely use up any of my data.
So my advice is to ask "Dont you guys have phones?"

deffo coulda 3 healed grong/council since our (not me) healers kill it, I did well on grong because I figured out the throughput part of healing but not the attention to every other detail (ie bombs) and I shoulda went balance after the second pull of torque
mr dead king went much better though and I'm not actually that worried about blockade because if we do sea swells right it should be fine
rastakhan was bound to go better when we werent mysteriously taking 140k raid damage

I will go all in on tanking gear if it means I get to raid tank.
It is very fun.

It's not like in vanilla when addons were garnering an advantage for raiders that wasn't intended, raid encounters beyond lfr are designed with these things in mind now. When some aspect of an addon goes too far they break it.
It streamlines what you need to keep an eye on so you can devote more attention to personal responsibility and covering for others.
You've been A+ on the spot for swaps and the like but it'll help smoothe over the overall experience. For dpsing too.

If you can achieve the same effect without it, you do you. But if there’s obviously a gap that can be filled with a raid addon, just download it.

Yeah, while the default UI is leaps and bounds better than it ever was a year ago, or 2 years ago, much less 10 years ago, and it does warn you about a lot of shit nowadays, it does not hold your hand like DBM or the like.

You can configure those sorts of things on a per boss basis.
Hmm, but what about mobs, though? There's some mobs in SotS that trigger this a lot.
Honestly I'd like a button that says "I'm ranged DPS" and stops telling me about melee events in general.
