Found a few 7s involving moving multiple bots, checked Vyolynce’s answer so I could use a different one to his, and see he has a much simpler better answer.
It’s so obvious with hindsight!
Yeah I had a pair of 7s lined up and ready to go but saw the 6er when I went to double-check before posting.
Namely that fourth move, where you want to bring blue down to where red starts, can't work because blue will stop in the top right corner on move 2.
I really don't know why that illegal down move is so darn attractive though.

Really feels like I should be able to shave a move off, but I can't see it.
The fact that all 4 robots are on the same half of the board (hell, 3 are within a 3x4 block of each other) makes an efficient route difficult. Gotta waste a lot of time getting things into position.
I'm fairly certain I would find this incredibly stressful to the point of being unfun if played head to head under time pressure.
I'm 100% sure my wife would rather punch me in the face than play it anyway.
It's certainly not a game for everyone, especially 2p head to head. Its pretty great if you host a large gaming get together for example though, as you can set it up on a table and people can wander by and participate in a couple rounds in between other things.
I love these games in person (AP is a big problem so timed games eliminates that) though, I prefer Mutant Meeples over Ricochet Robot generally. The game getting harder as you win means even beginners will eventually start getting some wins. It also has fewer solution that require series of 14+ moves which can get REALLY hard to keep track of mentally.

My original solution was the same as Powerpuppies' before I thought this one would work. We'll just pretend that's what I put down.

Game is hard, yo. Finding a valid solution of any length is an accomplishment.
Yea the real-time race aspect of face to face play is my favorite part of the game honestly, but it's fun to solve the puzzles like this too
