    I'm seeing Khrom's sheet as only 1 hunt xp but already has weapon proficiency in axes. Did something special happen to let him get that before level 2?

    Age milestone event for 2xp.

    geth roll 8d10

    Krom: fighting art (Crossarm Block: When you are hit, after you roll for hit locations, you may change one result to arms)
    BadRolls: fighting art (Timeless Eye: Your attack roll is a perfect hit on 9 or 10. Cannot use if you have the blind severe injury)
    Steve: fighting art (Combo Master: On a perfect hit, make one additional attack roll)
    Valen: fighting art (Ambidextrous: All melee weapons in your gear grid gain paired. Cannot be used if any heavy, 2 handed, or heavy gear in your grid)

    Well.. Freya might need insanity too..
    She's the one with the axe specialisation I believe, not Khrom (yet).

    Talking about specialisations, dagger would seem to fit with timeless eye well.

    Twinning currently affects the bone sword, axe and dagger.
    All frail, both items will be destroyed if you hit super dense with your ×2 speed.
    And you can't wear lion armour.

    Might be worth ignoring and going unarmed whilst fielding a gathering tool (pick, sickle).
    Twinned should work just as well later with better weapons.
    ... We can't build gathering tools yet though

    Also laughing at the description on the Strange hand

    I just want to know who will be chosen to eat the eye.

    Odds of survival are not 3/10 like the card suggests. I have it at 1/128. 1/2 if your money is on Geth.

    @MrBody can you show us the specialization and mastery bonuses for spears? I'm going to hold off on making a decision until we are almost done settlement phase anyway, so no rush.

    but yes i really need at least one point of that insanity. preferably both if im going to continue being cat toy tank.

    Remind me, what did we have left over at the end of last settlement?

    depends on how many people want to play, the characters can be used by other (real people) playing, and having a core group, while is necessary, is going to really hurt if we all get wiped out in the same hunt and we have to start with newbies.

    there will be events that occur that we want powerful characters for, but likewise those events may involve unpreventable deaths.

    Probably better to try and keep two core members alternating with newbies/less powerful people so we dont risk wiping our entire core group out.

    I think Valen is a good choice to swap out for the next hunt.
    Whomever goes as the support person could take some Rawhide boots and gloves and act as a Encourage battery.
    I'd us to get a Rawhide Drum to help with Intimidate type actions since it doesn't seem to use an action, just a roll when the Intimidate goes off. Am I reading that right?

    I kinda hope we can pick ammonia as well cause id like to push for us to build the leather worker building. but if we don't get it, i might switch to the weapon crafter building as my push. Being short on organs is going to stink too. but we still will have to use one organ/hide/bone to innovate.

    Mamoru got 1 STR and 1 Courage (or was it understanding?) from the Deathathlon event, but also had to sit out the hunt year due to anger problems.

    I think @38thDoe would like to bring Elodie in for a hunt year, and we'll see whether she lives or dies before the hunt even happens? :)
