If you're looking for feedback, I suggest talking a lot more about what your personal goals are. What kind of art do you like? What do you aspire to do with your work?
Its very hard to give direction just based on one or two works. We have no idea if you're just having fun and trying new things, or if you want to be a concept artist and a professional. There's so much to say when it comes to what to do and how to learn, its an impossible task to know how to push someone forward without some clues. It also takes a lot of work to draft up those kinds of posts. Generally if you take the time to think critically about where you are at and where you want to be, and then express that, more people will be willing to try to help.
