I don't think there are any secret objectives that N'orr can claim, so we'll move on to the next part of the phase.
Reveal Public Objective Found a Golden Age (2 VP): Spend 16 resources.
3 Stage II Objectives remain in the line.
All players draw Action Cards to hand and command counters for allocation: The Barony of Letnev (Ketar): 2 cards; 2 command counters The Yssaril Tribes (Lykouragh): 3 cards, followed by 1 discard from hand; 3 command counters The Embers of Muaat (El Skid): 1 card; 2 command counter Sardakk N'orr (38thDoe): 2 cards; 2 command counters The L1z1x Mindnet (Phyphor): 2 cards; 3 command counters The Ghosts of Creuss (A Half Eaten Oreo): 2 cards; 3 command counters
The Action Card deck will be depleted following L1z1x's draws, and so the discards will be shuffled (following Yssaril and L1z1x's discards, the latter due to hand limits) before Creuss will make their draws. (So don't expect your Action Cards right away, A Half Eaten Oreo.) For the interested, there are currently 35 cards in the discard, which includes 6 Rider cards and 2 Sabotages.

well I'm going to be at 6 and take Imperial, so I'll need 4 total VP next round
Letnev are going to be at 8 so just need to take 2 points
Muaat will need 3 points
and remember that the rules say whoever goes first in initiative order claims first and first to 10 wins
I forgot that speaker does not equal 1st in initiative, so for you to win with Imperial you'd need an Action Phase Secret Objective. Without one you just can't win since you need Imperial to get to 10 and then Letnev/Muaat would score before you. Otherwise Letnev/Muaat are likely to win status phase.
I think i can technically win action phase if I get Imperial AND conquer MR, but I'm going with no on that one :P

Also the thought that those are your worst cards is legitimately terrifying
Consider that L1z1x don't have any cruisers on the board, and that there are only 4 PDS units on the entire map outside of their own - and one of those is on the N'orr homeworld, so they'd lose a VP if they were attacking it.
Neither one is really worth hanging onto for them; it's unlikely either would ever be used. Which makes things a bit less terrifying.
Just popping in to mention that I'm about to head to the airport for my flights back home, so I'll be out of contact for a while. Start of the Agenda Phase (assuming Phyphor makes his counter allocations) may be slightly delayed.

So...my understanding is that nothing in the universe can ever reduce the Yssaril's max hand size. This will be quite the interesting vote!
