Girlfriend and parents

So me and my girlfriend have been dating for about a year and a half and about half a year in I told my dad we were heaving sex even tho I was scared to but he didn’t trip. I told her she should tell hers but she wouldn’t. Even when they suspected something she wouldn’t. She got caught sneaking out yesterday and her mom took her phone and there were “videos” in there. And now she’s in trouble and I can’t talk to her but her mom text me, what should I do?

    Well she's not pregnant...oh this is different.

    If they (videos) are compromising then do a remote wipe. Ios and android. It's her responsibility to talk to her mom. There are a lot of things that can happen texting her mom, none of them good.

    I'm assuming you are minors and so this is outside of the realm of shit we should be advising you on. You should talk to your dad, and ultimately, she'll probably need to work with the guidelines her parents set out for her if she is being supported by them.

    General advice is to research safe sex from reputable sources that encourage condom usage and give you factual information about STDs, and even though all the cool kids do it, taking videos is legally dubious and you should avoid it. In certain states the materials themselves are illegal and even if you are both minors charges can be filed for having them. This is why your father should be aware, so he can research and advise you.

    Locking this thread as there's not much more advice to reasonably give.
