It's summer blockbuster season, so that means it's time to watch Youtube videos as long as a movie instead of watching a movie. They cover topics such as

Thanks! I hate it.
Humor can be dissected as a frog can, but dies in the process.
Not Youtube, but an interesting essay commissioned as a preamble for an experimental film neither of the essayists had seen. I like that it's conversational screen-focused work that covers topics like spoiler and viewing culture while also being a valuable means of understanding the cinema of James Benning, who's a giant in the world of experimental film.

This led me to looking for a good live version, and unfortunately the recent performances by the band aren't so hot, HOWEVER, this 1982 performance rips ass
despite this being 200million?!?!?!?! views this is the first ive seen/listened to the song so on my honour as a good music video purviewer this is a solid entry (its old but new to me suck it)
This might be the stupidest I've ever felt watching a video from this thread, holy moly I didn't understand literally any of that
Why is music so complicated, I thought it was just going to be about the lyrics or the backstory lol

in fairness a lot of that comes from 12tone (understandably) not wanting to re-explain every concept every time
they've got a good series on basic concepts
plus the actual song breakdowns tend to build on one another as well

Holy shit. I haven't heard this song in like.. 10-15 years! I'd completely forgotten about it!
Even the "local" DDR over in the arcade museum doesn't have it, I don't think.
Maaaaan. Simpler times.
This nearly killed me. I need to watch this show.
