How do you like the painting part of ProCreate? I was struggling to adjust from how shading works in Photoshop.
I've found it pretty easy to get into. I'm still playing around trying to figure out what brushes I like. I think they added some new layer modes recently if that was part of what was bothering you.

Now that I'm looking at it, I think the image lost a bunch of contrast during the dropbox transfer from the Ipad. Anyone have a suggestion for file transfer?
The first two episodes of Amphibia are supposed to be live on YouTube tonight at midnight. I'm looking forward to it so I decided to do some Amphibia Kart Double Dash fan art.

Is to take maybe even some old line art I did on paper and try to digitally color or paint over it.
But I don't have any experience working with real life paint or color besides my warmachine and infinity figures. I have no idea where to start with trying it in krita.
A question for the copics users. Can the colourless blender go bad with age or does it only work with the right paper or something? I got a bunch of old copics and refills a while ago and I'm still trying to get a handle on them, but the blender doesn't seem to do any blending. Maybe I'm using it wrong.

I've been making my canvas absolutely gigantic which is probably not necessary. I ran out of layers in this drawing which I think probably won't happen on a smaller canvas? I'm not sure how that works.
(Also I didn't paint that background; it's art from the game)
That's so awesome. I started doing Sherlock Holmes and Dr.Watson paintings a few months ago but I can't figure out how to colour them.
I did the values in greyscale and was going to glaze on layers of colour but I don't really know what the fuck I'm doing so they are still in my art room, forever a work in progress.
