Well the good rpgs tend to come in the twilight of a Nintendo system's life

We're beyond twilight -- that was the last retail 3DS game scheduled for the west.
Shakedown: Hawaii has been submitted for approval to the 3DS eShop, so there may be some life left!

The 3DS itself appears to have been finally discontinued- only the 2DS is still for sale.

It was older Contra games only in that one, like the Castlevania one. I'm sure they're considering a newer one with the Wii Shop game and Shattered Soldier and 4 and Neo on there if the sales for the first one are worthwhile.

Despite having just been on sale for the same price two weeks ago, Ace Attorney Trilogy 3DS is on sale for 12 bucks again for the E3 sale. The defense would also like to retract its previous statement about the final case in Ace Attorney--it actually f'ing rocks. Not to mention doubles the length of the game. Justice For All is an obvious rush job tho

Oh yeah, it wasn't a surprise. I could just picture some stocky, bespeckled old bald guy sitting at his desk rolling his eyes at having actually made a game as weird as Ace Attorney like, "I can't believe the board swayed me on that one, not gonna let THAT happen again," then when he actually sees the numbers he starts chiefing and rolling his cigar in his mouth with big crazy-eyes and screams at his assistant to put together a memo to the team to have a new game out by the end of the season. You know...normal Capcom stuff.

Dandy Dungeon was a pretty fun puzzle-roguelike (and very funny, my kids and I still sing snippets of the music) on the phone but $16.99 feels too steep. I will say the devs seem to give a shit, they took pains to make sure the phone game was still playable once they shut down the servers for it. It's not an 'online' game per se but would connect for special events and things like that, and had a cash shop for various QOL features but it never felt greedy or necessary.

Just a reminder, the 99 dollar for 2 vouchers (for digital games) expires soon i think. You can buy it more than once too, they are good for a year. I used two on Mario Maker two and DQ builders 2, got two more for Links Awakening and probably Luigi's Mansion 3. thinking about getting two more so i can finally pick up smash, and have one for Animal Crossing too.

Wrecking Crew – In the days before Mario and Luigi became sports stars in their downtime from saving the princess, they tried their hands as one-man wrecking crews. With a hammer as their only tool, take control of the brothers and set out to destroy ladders, rip out pipes, knock out walls and detonate explosive devices. But make sure to plan your path of destruction carefully, as each building is designed as its own clever puzzle.

Donkey Kong 3 – Based on the third game in the enormously popular arcade series, Donkey Kong 3 introduces an exterminator named Stanley as he desperately tries to protect the flowers in his greenhouse from Donkey Kong. Armed only with a can of bug spray, Stanley must force Donkey Kong higher and higher into the greenhouse rafters until Donkey Kong is off the screen and the next stage is reached.

I was like "ooh a labyrinth game!" and Google'd Omega Labyrinth Life... Apparently it's not EXACTLY NSFW but it's pretty close lol.

I watched the trailer and was like:

Ok, cute SD dungeon crawler with a ton of flowers and gardening? Alright, don’t see what the.....BOOBS EVERYWHERE!

Ah, that took a decidedly unexpected and disgusting turn.

"D3 Publisher aims to deliver a lewd, busty, and hardcore roguelike experience utilizing turn-based tactics and growing powers that are bestowed within each maiden’s breasts."

    I feel... sad, in a not-quite-definable way.

    It is entirely NSFW.

There's literally a core gameplay mechanic about touch-controlling a pair of boobs that are nestled around a flesh-colored tube-shaped object.

I watched the trailer and I'm pretty sure I'm now on a list of bad people.

I own this game, its a fairly solid dungeon crawler game set in 1st person perspective and has an element like Pokemon where you collect monsters to add to your party. The game mechanics have depth but can be easily broken with the right levelling setup.

The biggest issue though is that to add a monster to your party you basically beat them to remove pieces of clothing until you hit the Japanese obsessed touch mode. This in itself is while tasteless isn’t awful, some of the monster girl designs make them look way too young which moves into the seriously wrong realm.

There’s loads of other things that are more implied crass but yeah one you might need to wash yourself after playing

    * edit* totally thinking of the wrong game here. Ignore

Anybody here have any experience with the Korg Gadget Switch version? Just recently found out that it exists and it looks like it had some issues when it first came out (no easy audio export, touchscreen didn't work for knobs/sliders, etc) that may or may not have been patched, and I'm wondering if it's more viable than when it first came out.
