    I will admit that now that I am a sub-200lb dude the weight loss has become much harder.

    If I truly want to shed the last 20 or so pounds I will need to make some significant changes around alcohol, exercise, etc.

    Maybe I am happy here? I dunno. I like booze a lot and exercise is annoying.

    Exercise is good for mental health. It also makes you healthier in the aggregate, and makes recreational activities more fun.

    Like, I have taken to doing my business phone calls while walking. This has led to me walking roughly 10 miles a day.

    I am on the phone a lot.
