    Blue Mountain is one of the old greeting card companies. Their electronic greeting cards were the scourge of the internet ca. 1996, and apparently are still a thing (though it looks like American Greetings bought it at some point).

    Legit LOL from the last panel.

    The whole time I was reading it, I was thinking "is that how it's spelled?" Even after looking it up, I still had to check each instance three times to figure out which were right and which weren't.

    That's the British spelling, though. The American spelling is hors d'euvers. (Or so I assume, based on the way Americans mangle manoeuvre).

    There is no such variant spelling.
