I still haven't received my badges yet, the tracking says it arrived at a Post Office in Norwalk, CT on 8/19. If it doesn't arrive before i fly out to seattle, will i be able to get the badges at the event?

They are fairly responsive, if your tickets won’t make it they may will call it.
