Apparently there was a misunderstanding and I didn't include the city, state, and zip code portion of the shipping address in the Google doc portion of the order form since there were no seperate lines for such, despite including it in the PayPal portion. However, it wasn't until I messaged them yesterday (Sept 2nd) that I was told about this today. Apparently I'm not the only one who was confused by the order form, either. Mine should be in the mail shortly.

Yeah, they mentioned that to me as well. Makes me feel better knowing I wasn't the only one.
Finally got mine in the mail today, and they even gave me a non-colored version (I assume as an apologetic gesture). Wasnt totally necessary, but I appreciate it, and I'm happy now. Coins look great and I can't wait for next year.
