Hi guys!
With the holiday season coming up I thought I'd create this thread to put together gift ideas for our collective nerdspawn. If it's ok with the Mods, I was thinking it could be a help thread not just for me, but for the boards as a whole.
As for my own needs, I'm looking for the best deal and quality for Pokémon and Zelda-related toys.
Our year was marked by a lot of Breath of the Wild and Let's Go Pickachu, so I was thinking that getting some neat gifts to commemorate that would be fun for our little one this Christmas.
So, for Mini-dead, I was hoping to find the best deals for items related to her favorite pokemon from her team on Let's Go who were:
Pikachu (naturally)
Gloom
Snorlax
Articuno
Arcanine
with honorable member Alolan Sandshrew, who she loved, but wasn't really useful as a fighter.
I was thinking of getting one of those big 'ol Snorlax bean bags, but the ones I saw were all prohibitively expensive.
Next would be a cool gift to commemorate Breath of the Wild. Any recommendations for combinations of affordable/high quality toys from that universe would be most welcome.
Finally, I should probably mention Minecraft also, as we have spent no small amount of time in that universe as well.
Note: I am in Canada, so I may not have access to all the same outlets available in the US.

For the random Pokemon, you can find a plush of just about every original 151 from the Pokemon Center. I'm not sure if they ship internationally, but you can probably find them on Amazon or similar sites. There's also a wide variety of Pokemon themed clothing, too. Not sure the price range on some of these items, but some can be really fancy.
Megabloks also makes Pokemon sets, basically alternate Lego blocks where you make the creatures. They come in sets or single pokes.
Also this site ships to the US so it might not help, but any excuse to post these amazing printed shirts (100 bucks each but soooo coool)

Just the one kid, currently 5. Has only just started to read, but the pokemon encyclopedia might be a great motivator!
As for the Pokemon Center, I checked, they don't ship to Canada, so yeah, unfortunately, no dice for me there
If they don't have Stardew Valley, well, Stardew Valley :P
I love Stardew Valley, but I think Mini-dead is a little too young to have the organizational skills needed to run a virtual farm. That day will come, I'm sure
