The Shutdown Fullcast, the world's only college football podcast, is pretty good even if you don't like college football.
And especially good if you like esoteric biblical references with metal gear.

Representatives from the Godcast have released a statement attempting to clarify its position on the brewing controversy regarding the podcast's audio only being available in stereo fidelity.
"We understand that some of our audience have some how interpreted this as a verification of Chalcedon. This was not our intention and we have another version of the podcast available for download at our mono-fi site."

Putting Pokemon Go that far up there is sure a choice.

I absolutely buy Pokemon Go being a very notable game of the decade
It was a phenomenon unlike just about any game ever for a few months, that alone is worth noting
And since then it has been very well supported and has shaped up into a much better experience

I mean, notable sure but like, fifth best game of the decade?
Arguably yeah
It had a much broader reach than most games, used cell phone technology in an innovative way, was accessible to a broad swath of people, brought folks out of their houses to meet random people on the street trying to hunt down Pidgies, and lots of folks who are not typically what you'd consider gamer types got heavily into it (and many still are)
I had some amazing nights playing that game with friends in the Summer heat and man, I'd be happy to go back to that part of 2016
To me there's a difference between what I'd call the best games for *me* and what the best, most impactful games were, and while Go might only be top 15 or so for my personal choices, I can definitely see why it might make the latter list type
Pokemon Go was such a big deal that the job I worked at (a hotel which had employees of basically every age group and background) had to straight up issue a ban because too many employees were playing it during work.

That's right Jesus is getting into podcasting
This list seems like everyone involved had a different metric for deciding which game went where

Games from last generation feel like they came out 30 years ago so it's weird seeing them on the list.
