I must confess to suspecting at this point that Mad Morlock is pulling my leg.

Pretty interesting. The system, of course, was a collossal blunder and no good games were ever developed for it, for by the time it was released the Saturn was just about ready to be released in Japan.
What it was was fucking cheap. You could get one for like 50 bucks in 1995, and this tech demo's graphics look only a little bit worse than the nintendo 64's early games, and that motherfucker was 200 bucks at launch.

i have a 32x. I can say that there is a couple good games for it. I have a star wars game and I have Knuckles: Chaotix which are both good.

well yeah, good gameplay but none that really brought out its true potential.
