Lost Badge.

Does anyone know any info about picking up a badge at WillCall? I'm currently in a dispute with my local post office because my badge was delivered to a house on a different street. They had said they would retrieve it and deliver it but it's been over 2 weeks.

    I had an issue with the post office too and I reached out to PAX customer service. Here is what they said:

    "If worst case scenario that your badge may get lost in the mail, kindly file a claim in USPS.COM and send it to us so we can request for your badge to be reshipped.

    All the best,
    Customer Service"

    Send an e-mail to pax_questions@paxsite.com letting them know your badges haven't been delivered along with proof that you're working with USPS on this. That should allow them to put you on the list to pick up replacement badges at Will Call, should your originals not arrive in time.

    Is it PAX <insert nearest future PAX here> yet?
