The list of good runs this year will be pretty extensive. I don't think I saw a bad one. I'm sure they're there, but daytime US looked pretty solid all week.
I watched the late night stuff almost exclusively (my work schedule is all over the place) but the quality was pretty high overall. There were a few that, at worst, were fine but not amazing but I didn't see any runs that made me want to stop watching outside of the last portion of the FF8 run. Even then the runner didn't do a bad job playing the game and the commentary was fine, he just does a bad job of making decisions in life.

Yeah, that’s about the only negative I can remotely think of from the runs this year.
The VODs must be showing up later than usual, because a lot of individuals have posted their runs to youtube already, ahead of the GDQ channel

the crowdcontrol LTTP run was amazing

I love Legend of Legaia, though. Extremely grindy, but figuring out combos and such was super awesome

I'm catching up on some VODs and recently watched the Destiny 2 raid. The experience is unique and I think what I like the most is that is a six-player coop experience that you won't get in other genres.

And I'm certain that they've already thought of this, but here's hoping they give preferential treatment to any runner that re-submits a run for the re-scheduled event

huh, I guess me ears are shoddy
n/m then!
I actually would have! I wanted to go but the wife couldn’t because of work, and I don’t like doing things alone so ended up not going.
I thought I wasn't gonna cry
and then they showed the first 2 million again
Also lmfao at the old-school SDA title card
it basically did, thanks in no small part to the 350k they added before the final run thanks to twitch subs/bits/donations

Edit: and here's the Riven and Myst III runs, which are....disorienting

The timing of some of those "just kill him" donations was painful to watch.

Edit: You use a brush in the game and cease being smelly. From the crowd, "Take that to the Smash room!"
I am really glad they figured out they could just spam the kill button to avoid resetting when the crowdcontrol ended up breaking the game.

That's kind of what Patty and Andy were doing.
Only one? There are no day passes, you may as well go all week if you're local. Its easy to get to since its just off 494.

I'm not quite local. I'm about 2 hours away so it would be too be a weekend.
And the far inferior Legaia 2!
