At least in WoW it was a hell to deal with for GMs when someone would cheat. Just an infinite source of drama, I guess.
I would have preferred another combat beast tribe, because I still have 6 or 7 jobs to get to 80 and those are actually really good xp while you're waiting for other roulettes to drop
I'm cool with it being DoL. I still haven't gotten around to finishing up FSH. Between this and the last few FSH quests I should have the last 4 or 5 levels pretty quick.
Only a 5 potency nerf to each SMN dot and nothing else, bless YoshiP

Patch is out on PC and PS4. PC is hitting an error message that the devs are aware of, there is a bypass though.
All you have to do is go to Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn, open up FFXIV_BOOT.cfg, open it in notepad you will find BootVersionCheckMode 0, change it to 1 and save, then start the launcher and it should work.
remember to try to keep talk about MSQ and new raid and trial stuff in spoiler tags, thanks for being good about that so far everybody

Alright, so after some finagling I was able to log into my account. I had a token on an old phone but luckily enough was able to find said phone and plug it in and get a code from it to reset the token to my new phone.
Now I have to make the final decision on whether it's worth it. I'm realizing this week is kinda a wash though which means I basically only will have 2 weeks with the game. Hrm. I feel like I won't make very much progress in that amount of time.
