Mobile Layout Exploded

I'm using Chrome on a Samsung Galaxy S9

Fullsite works fine

EDIT: Okay, the image should be working now. Unfortunately it's huge and I dunno why.

    Right now, as of posting this (don't know when it started exactly), my layout is correct on mobile (same versions I posted above)

    Two days ago, when I posted my comment about CSS above, I was able to reproduce the problem using Chrome on Windows 10, in F12 Developer Tools, and Device Mode, by setting different mobile layouts. (I cleared my cache and reloaded each time I changed layouts.)

    I think that means it was responding to either the device resolution or the user agent to identify whether to feed up the broken CSS.

    Today, I'm trying that and it no longer reproduces the problem. That said, I am using a different computer today than I was two days ago.

    FWIW, I'm still seeing the problem on my phone:

    OnePlus 5
    Screen res: 1080p
    OS version: Android 9 (Oxygen 9.0.9)
    Browser: Brave, v 1.5.4

    It was working for me at the store, while I was on Network signal, then got home and wasn't working on wifi.

    Turned off WiFi and it's fixed again.
