the premise for literally every arc in GT is dynamite
"let's have a throwback OG Dragonball adventure, but set it in space so we can also pull in all the fun sci-fi stuff from the Frieza Saga. Also the leads are teen Trunks and a new girl saiyan"
"let's do a story about the survivors of a genocide conducted by the saiyans come back for revenge"
"let's do one where all the bad guys who've died over the series team up to overthrow hell and come back to life all at once"
"the gang has over-relied on the dragonballs and now demons inspired by seven of their wishes have emerged and need to be defeated"

The only one of the family who never went Super Saiyan despite being the one most like Goku, constantly getting rescued because the writers are making her job to the mooks, and once they get back to Earth it's basically just Goku Time forever so she doesn't get to do anything

Pan in Super makes me very sad because here's this baby with so much power she can help create a Super Saiyan God in utero and then when she's born she's doing all these bonkers feats of strength.
And because she's a baby in Super we'll never get to see her actually fight someone. Though I will laugh my ass off if she does somehow get the killing blow on Moro

I really wanted to see their take on the tournament that starts off the Buu saga, but I get why they're done.
Toei has a real hate for them specifically. Remember they did voices in Buu saga and had to be recast

Like they had some legal issues a few years back and they said not to blame Funimation or the folks for Toei but there was a bunch of pics on Funimation employees twitters of them with the DBZA guys and then it just sort of zipped up and I have heard Toei is very very litigious.
They did an updated version of the terrible video made to demonstrate “what really happened” when Mr Satan fought Cell, planned to be part of that episode in DBZ Kai. For reasons I forget, the broadcast instead used the old version of the dub for that video.

Namco had a stream yesterday showing off Kefla and she seems very rushdown-y, which is great for me cause those are always my favorite characters
That confirms Kefkla goes on the villain/antagonist side of the character select screen, and with UI Goku almost certainly going on the hero side, that leaves room for one more hero, one more villain, and one wildcard character who I don't know where they're going to put.
Assuming there aren't any more alternate forms of existing characters, Roshi seems pretty likely for the hero side since he's the last Tournament of Power Universe 7 character and polled rather high.
* Ex attacks now cost half a bar instead of a full bar.
* Freeza can cancel his gold form manually.
* Ginyu has a new level 3 that has the Ginyu Force barrage the target (that uses preexisting assets, including his intro cutscene)
* 21’s candy beam super fills all 4 of her stolen ability slots.

Fun chapter. I got to say I love all the Galactic Bandit guys, I almost wish we could slow down the pace a bit more and get some more scenes with them.
I hope the triple-fusion lady isn't down for the count, an extended battle of her vs. Goku would be awesome, especially if they give her some serious attacks.
Krillin has rocks and beans as seperate specials now, nice. And 18 being able to manually trigger the "don't use assists or else" move seems nasty.
That thing for 18 seems odd to me. If it costs two ex activations to use it, why not just do her level 1 super? If it doesn’t, why ever do her leave 1 super?
Dragon Ball FighterZ update is out, but you can't buy Kefla yet. However, you can fight against her in some modes, so using Ginyu to swap gives you an early taste.
Caulifla can also be set as a commentator for your matches. As a nice touch, if Super Saiyan Goku does his Meteor Attack she'll call out "Super Saiyan 3! When are you going to hurry up and teach me that?"

Was also disappointed that the Androids fighting wasn't as exciting as I was expecting after their appearance last chapter.
