Has anybody seen their villagers do this?? I would say they're pretending to fly brooms like witches but they're just holding the sticks in their hands. They don't explain what they're doing if I talk to them.

I've seen mine running around all the time like that. They're going stir crazy being quarantined on the island. Lock you're door when you sleep. All work and no play and all that.

I think there's a real disconnect between how the game was meant to be played, which is chipping away at things bit by bit over months, vs how many of us are playing, which is driving to maximize every unlock/upgrade every day. 500,000 bells per room is a lot if you're trying to do it in a single session, but not so much if you're just selling fruit and fish over the course of a week.

Hey fam, I’m on the lookout for the following flowers:
Orange Windflowers, Roses of any color, Yellow and White Tulips, and Red Cosmos.
I have yellow tulips around my house. I'll open up my town for a bit and you can take them if you replace it with any other flower. I might have some other tulips in the northwest part of my town, can't remember.
Edit: and open, but no white tulips. The camel saleslady is also here.
Edit2: need to close to step out for a bit, will ping you when im back around if you haven't found yellow tulips by then
I thought about doing a feild of only white tulips but that may be too geeky even for me
My plaza area is shaping up. I have a snack stand and cotton candy machine. My mountain observation park is all set up too. I may leave to top level mostly pine tree and a non native flower.

I really dislike these river fish that only spawn in specific spots. It's really tedious. Also whoever thought Manila clams shouldn't stack and that you shouldn't be able to craft all of your fish bait at once should be placed in the stocks.

One thousand years dungeon for not letting manila clams stack, tho.
I just bought a Cat Tower (the little play thing for cats) and a Pet Bed if anyone wants them I can open my town up and you can pick it up and put em down.

The river one is super annoying because it requires changing to different movement tools if I want to move between the river mouths. The dock is theoretically the same but less annoying because I can just run up and down the beach while catching other valuable fish, getting clams, and catching hermit crabs. Basically only the pond/mouth/cliff river fish are worthwhile and it's obnoxious to maneuver there.
I really wish the ladder was just an upgrade for the pole. Vault up cliffs and maybe fireman slide back down them. Or maybe this is a map specific annoyance for me.
I don't even mind the rain coelacanth one. It's just how annoying it is to traverse the rivers and how worthless everything is around there.
I’m glad to see from today’s Direct that Bunny Day will actually last near on a fortnight. The annual one day events in older games always forced a bit of time travelling on you if your real life schedule didn’t match up with some free time to play.
