The Starks recommends arming your children at a young age and letting them play with dangerous wild animals as pets. It builds charecter and toughens them up. Also, a good beheading is a great way to bond with them.
Oh, that reminds me, we are expecting young Rickon back at the end of the season. I believe he has learned his lesson by now about leaving a note when going out to play.

Huh, it's all the southern kingdoms? I blame easy access to Oldtown. You know how college towns can be. Once we've gotten our freshman 15 things will probably settle down and start getting results.
Lannister
Lannister musters a new army in Ashmark.
Lannister army in Ashmark moves to Red Fork. This army supports the army in the Iron Islands.
Lannister army marches from Searoad Marches into Crakehall. They support their army in Iron Islands.
Lannister army in Iron Islands gives battle to the newly mustered Hoare Army. They fail, and due to the Hoare plan to cut them off, are completely decimated.
Gardner
Gardner musters a new army in The Mander.
Gardner army in The Mander marches to Golden Grove, and supports their army in Crakehall.
Gardner army in Crakehall gives battle with the Lannister army that has marched in. It is a Pyrrhic victory, and both armies retreat.

Stark army in the Neck marches into Cape Kracken and attempts to conquer the territory. They are harrassed by outlaws, however, and are unable to take over.
The Stark Heir leads the army in Sea Dragon Point in an attempt to conquery the territory. They are able to temporarily gather resources but the small folk dream of rebellion. Temporary control has been taken for the next round.
Hoare
Hoare musters a new army in the Iron Islands. With the help of their Heir, they attempt to Cut Off the Lannister forces there. (Bonus action at the start of Actions phase!)

The bite of autumn was felt on the air and fighting was fierce. Hoare enacted a massed ambush on the Lannister fleet, sinking them to the depths. Their plans to lure in the Targaryens with more slings and arrows of the heart was with stony stoicism. The Lords of the Vale thought this would be the perfect moment to attempt to drive off the Dragonlords, and instead Crackclaw Point proved an indecisive battlefield. Gardner and Durrandon circled Ashford, the ground becoming a pitched battlefield as the small folk's allegiance shifted from town to town, all the while the vipers of Dorne watched the border war with interest, dreaming of their time in the sun.
As white ravens arrived, the Stark hosts were driven onward, seemingly bringing Winter's touch to their warpath, sacking Cape Kraken and planting flags at Sea Dragon Point.
Other ravens darkened the skies, bringing dark words of shipments lost to Fall floods, and ill news for House Durrandon:

Garrisons become bandits
Always pay your debts
Smallfolk towns burning
A fortress barred and guarded
Cowards die in shame
These cryptic messages soon bore fruit as tales of ill paid guards deserting and Evenfall barring it's doors circulated among the learned circles. It seems someone had brought several problems to light in the Kingdom of the Storm...
Evenfall cannot oppose Conquer Rolls this round, attempts to Conquer lands under Durrandon control this round gain +1 to the roll
Round 3 begins now, PMs are going out! Let us know if you have any questions regarding the turn. Round ends in 23 hours! (8pm PDT/ 11 EDT) and will end then going forward. This should hopefully give people time to get orders in without extra extensions each day.
