All of Mementos is available through the final term, yes. You can still pick one up in the area that spawns the Cruiser monsters. Lower Sheriuth, I believe.

Before the fireworks festival there is the weird exchange where, because Joker doesn't have a Yukata, Ann goes OH WHY DON'T YOU JUST NOT WEAR YOUR GLASSES, THAT'S SOMETHING DIFFERENT
But...Joker needs glasses. To see. (Outside of the Metaverse, I assume his magic bandit mask works as glasses).
But sure enough in the next few scenes he has no glasses on, they never mention it, and then in the anime cut scene he has no glasses but when you come back home they are on
Did...did they have to come up with an awkward excuse for why Joker had no glasses on because the animation team forgot to include them in the anime scene? I can't think of any other reason for that whole baffling exchange.

The glasses seem like just a fashion choice I think. He’s also not wearing them in any of the flashbacks scenes where he lays out Shido, so I don’t think he needs them to see

She asks you to go shopping for a pair of glasses for her dad and she mentions that Joker doesn't need them, but he's very into them as a fashion accessory so she wants his input.

If you visit the eyeglasses storefront in Kichijoji (which is not a store you can actually visit or shop at) Morgana makes a comment that Joker’s glasses are fake.
Anyway, I just finished my FIRST playthrough of P5 Royal. 198:18 was my clear save playtime, though that doesn’t include the hours I spent getting awards in the Thieves’ Den. I maxed out everything possible in my first playthrough. I have four more Thieves’ Den awards (three of which can only be gotten on NG+, the other only via save scumming - I assume, since I didn’t try it). I have a full compendium except for one persona. I even have a 99 level persona with max 99 stats in each attribute. That. Took. Forever.
I may blaze through a Meeciless NG+ game to finish out the Thieves’ Den at some time but I need a break.
I thought it was great though. P5 Vanilla took me 160 hours and I took the same “max everything in my first playthrough” approach to P5 Vanilla. While P5R made a lot of things easier/quicker, I was surprised at how much longer P5R took than P5V.
Anyway, this is now the RPG with the second most playtime from me ever. It’s even surpassed Skyrim. EverQuest is the only other game I’ve spent more time on and that’s an MMO.
I want an Evangelion-style “congratulations!” for finally finishing this.
