See, here's the big thing.
As jiggs, most of the banned levels don't affect me.
Well, some of the walkoff stages can hurt.
But ones that revolve around a weird mechanic?

well I mean sars its literally been years since I did the whole tourney thing and months since I've played at all. That and I really don't know if I want to "practice" on a different game no less just to show up a bunc hof G&T fags.
i played some melee last weekend for the first time in ages
took me a bit to get back into the groove of it all
then my friend is all "pssh, bowser is useless no one can win with that piece of shit"
so i decided to bring it with bowser (which i never used more than a couple times years ago) against his main (mario) and handed his ass to him

did they get rid of shit like l cancelling and wavedashing and such
because if not I imagine only the most rudimentary techniques carry over
wavedashing is out
L-canceling is mostly gone. All attacks recover quickly after hitting the ground, but if you fast fall right after you do your aerial then you will have zero recovery lag (a la SSB:64)

Well, it mi ght help in the same way that being a good smash 64 player helps you pick up and play melee, although they are vastly different games.
I mean, my main was pikachu in 64 and I dropped his ass in melee.
