Standard escape room fair. The goal in each section is to simply select the 4 correct keys to proceed to the next area. The correct keys can be determined by any of their characteristics.

No real limit to the number of players. Will start once we have a decent number of sign ups.

For obvious reasons, only people who have not played this one before. Honor system of not looking up hints in place.

Rules:

Open discussion
No turning to online hints
When you want to take a stab at an outright answer, post it in a spoiler section.

    I don't own a hand-mirror; can someone say what the text in the bottom right of the walls in our cell looks like, reversed?

    Ok so step 1:
    The keys correspond to the clues on the bars

    Key 2 found
    bar reads something something Simon.
    Simon is half a key
    Key 3 found
    stay out of sight leads to a single floor tile that matches a key

    Not sure about key 1 and 4..

    The reversed text reads Look at the bars

    Do the keys have to be in a particular order @MrBody , or do we just need to find the correct four?

  • Options

    I have all of them except key 2...

    I don't feel confident about key 2 but i'm pretty sure about the rest

    Yeah, I don't think you've got key 2, and also the order looks wrong.

    Yeah, I don't think you've got key 2, and also the order looks wrong.

    probably. I had to flip a coin both on ordering and key 2, and i could easily have picked wrong twice. i'm second guessing my key more than ordering but will wait for MrB to chime in on both our guesses before guessing again.

    Assuming your key 2 is for the
    Simon
    Clue
    And your key 2 is number
    4
    Then I don't think your key matches
    The circle formed by his arm.

    I'm not sure how to read that clue entirely though.

    Correct on the first 2 assumptions. I was matching it based off
    The missing left foot and the single notch on the bottom left of the key
    I agree i'm not sure on what that clue is trying to say outside of
    Simon

    Yep.
    Pretty sure the correct answer here is to:
    Use the mirror on Simon along the line on the wall

    :s
    Are you sure?
    Solutions:
    1 notch -> Sight -> Key with a 3
    2 notches -> snake -> key with a dot top left - 2
    3 notches -> clock -> key with a dot top right - 5
    4 notches -> Simon -> key with a circle - 6
    Confused.
