Sometimes they come up if I refresh the page, and sometimes they don't.

    Do you run any NoScript or Privacy Badger add-ons? I kinda killed Twitter with them and now I'm redirected to their Legacy website when I click a Twitter link. If so: I think this is on Twitter.

    I've had Ghostery running for months, I'll turn it off and see what happens.
