There's champs like karthus where you mostly use your q to kill minions or champs like singed where you just run around and let your poison kill things.

Also the jungle exists! I am probably better at CSing on supports compared with mages because of my roles.

Sad that I am traveling away from stable streaming quality internet. But I’ll watch it all when I get home Monday.

Not like this, not again. Games 1 and 2 were so close I was sure fnc would take a game. Not like this, not again.

Evelynn is a lot of fun but goddamn, locking her in in solo queue is begging the opposing jungler to invade your second buff and ruin your next ten minutes

I used to main eve, zac, and olaf in the jungle. I haven't played her in awhile but my problem was always I'd get all my lanes ahead, and then be useless in teamfights and watch my teammates throw away the lead I gave them. She's always been a lot of fun but hard to team fight imo

    Hahahaha, get fucked Fnatic.

Fnatic seems like a team in desperate need of a dramatic roster overhaul

They're pretty good outside of playing one team. We'll see how they do at world's though.

I don't think fnatic are that good really. They've looked pretty rudderless this split and only barely scraped into the playoffs.
Individually they have good players but I think the synergy is lacking and when they don't have the edge in player skill the cracks start to show.
I expect them to get clapped pretty hard at world's tbh. They kind of did last year and were only saved in groups by a thrown game from SKT and a choke on the last day from RNG as far as I recall (I could be wrong though, my memory of groups is hazy).

See I think this statement is wrong. Yes, they looked shitty most of the split, but come playoffs they looked great until they ran into their kryptonite. I value best of 5's and playoffs more than regular season.

Bjergson makes zilean look like the most op champ in the game.

I’d rather play against the best zilean in the world 10 times than play against a silver akali one time.

To me, Fnatic didn't look much better in playoffs than they did in the regular season. This is the weakest this incarnation of G2 has ever looked, and they still can't clear that bar.

I play karthus so I just q the shroud.

And bjergson might be the best in the world as zilean. Such an annoying champ when played well

One of the big things is that EU and NA are much closer than EU would care to admit, and most of the teams have been coasting knowing they won’t reach Korea/China levels but always assuming they can’t get worse than NA. It’s led to a lot of complacency that has in turn led to a lot of bad play.

This is probably right. There are some younger teams (MAD Lions) with promise but too little experience to make a real push this year. There have only been two relevant teams in the region for a minute, and one (fnatic) is in the middle of mental collapse and the other (G2) has enjoyed such unrivaled dominance that they're basically coasting. Hard to imagine a top LPL or LCK team role swapping two of their players for several months just because they were bored, because they know their competition would take advantage of that once they swapped back and had to go through the readjustment process.

Totally possible they put it together in boot camp and show up for worlds, but if you took the team that played today and matched them up against TES or Damwon, have to imagine they'd get dismantled.

FlyQuest are all at their individual homes/apartments. Probably wouldn’t have the same issue had everyone been in the same room like everyone else is doing.

So are all the casters! Riot should've bought 20 generators, 4 months ago.

Ya due to covid they aren't at a central location like many teams .

No, no, no. This team is not going to be the #1 seed and they're not going to win this split. Just, no.

It's weird seeing liandrys as a 3rd or 4th item for gp
