Stafford kneeled so it could be worse (*cough* mayfield*cough*)

Brady isn’t getting the same calls he used to get in New England so far.

I guess that's not so surprising - people had long suspected that was tied to the rep of Belichick/the Pats, not Brady himself.

Fucking sucks though. Plz stop refs.

With the lack of off season, I expect defenses to struggle here out of the gate. Only though units with elite talent and continuity should be fine.

I've been staying out of this thread today because hoo boy do I not want to talk about the Eagles game, but I legit can't believe that the Chargers WON a game in which a team missed a chip shot FG at the buzzer.

Hey now, the Browns and Bengals sucked shit too- the Bills being a competent “Lake Erie” team (shut up about me including the Bengals in this metric) is ... eerie ... but everything else is as it should be

So all it took was watching one highlight of Cam scoring and I can now confirm that I love Cam way more than I hate the Brady less Patriots. What has Belichick done?

Edit: in other news, I now have a great reason to hate the Buccs.

Nah, hate the Saints. Brees is a tool and the org helped the catholic church with it's PR "problem" post pedo scandal.

The Bucs don't rise to the level of hate. We just pity the Bucs, and their geriatric QB.

I feel like I should defend the team here, but I can't say I have a competent defense. Instead, consider the fact that if Brees had retired as planned the Saints would have been going heavy for Brady. I think there might be a test to see if you are a terrible enough person to be a Saints QB at this point. Really makes me wonder about Bridgewater since we know why the rest are terrible people.

Oh don't get me wrong I definitely hate the Saints (and Falcons) a whole lot. The Buccs were just the other team in the division that I was obligated to hate. But now they have Tom Brady.

See, I'm more okay with Brady now that he's no longer with the Pats, and less okay with Cam since he is one.

Don't hate the player, hate the game laundry.

I was thinking less about Koo in this post and more about Nate Kaeding, but you're not wrong - the primary culprit here is the special teams/crunch time ghost that has been haunting the Chargers for the past 30+ years

    Greg Olsen is 1-0
    Ron Rivera is 1-0
