    I just remembered an important conditional order I forgot to play at the start of the Strategy Phase. Nekro plays the following card from their hand:

    Summit
    At the start of the strategy phase: Gain 2 command tokens.

    All other players to play or pass on Sabotage before we move on from the Strategy Phase.

    @Ketar, @38thDoe: Since Jol-Nar moved out of Tar'mann, Naalu and Jol-Nar are no longer neighbors. Any transaction plan between you two is null. I'm going to need confirmation on whether or not Jol-Nar gets their commodity refresh from the primary, or if that needs to be done via the secondary.
